TPaying attention to the dimension of values and its effect on choices, implementation and monitoring in the process of public policymaking leads researchers to the role of ideologies in this process. The examination of ideology under the concept of ideas/values in the policy-making process has been growing in recent centuries due to the effects of extreme ideological currents on public policies and its consequences, but due to the complexity and lack of suitable practical tools. It has kept public administration researchers away from addressing it. In this regard, in this research, while focusing on the question of which comprehensive value system affects public policies in the field of higher education in Iran, the authors have developed a systematic theory-based study on the role of ideology in public policy making. And finally, they presented two analytical frameworks to organize the influencing factors of ideology in public policies in Iran in general and in the field of higher education in particular, and while obtaining the opinion of a group of experts in this field by Delphi method they revised and completed it. . Research in the field of ideology in policy making using these tools can guide future research while providing a practical tool for researchers and policymakers who wish to reduce the negative effects of ideology and strengthen its alternatives.

Active industrial policy is the way that most of today's rich countries achieved their economic growth. However, its effectiveness has been questioned for years because different countries and industry sectors have obtained different results from it and some have succeeded and many others have failed. Therefore, it will be interesting to determine the conditions that lead to the success (failure) of these tools in the industrial policy. One of the most important of these conditions can be found in the context of the industrial policy. Therefore, in this article, by using the case-oriented comparative approach and the method of thematic analysis, the identification of the elements of the industrial policy context in the automobile industry has been addressed. Based on the results of the analysis, these elements can be studied at two levels (1) macro level and (2) industry level. At the macro level, the components of infrastructure and government capacity, ease of trade, size and volume of the economy, stable and attractive business environment, access to markets, good logistics, and innovation environment, and at the industry level, industry size, cost, competition, industry orientation, and support infrastructure are placed. A correct assessment of the current situation based on the identified elements of the policy context in a country and comparing it with other countries will be an important step in the direction of achieving a consistent and effective comparative industrial policy model.

The quality of public services provided by the government and the country's public sector is so disappointing that the people can't continue the existing way. Considering this issue and looking at the complications of existing professions in the country such as medicine, law, and construction engineering, the upcoming research seeks to develop a framework for the professionalization of managerial jobs in the public sector of Iran. The current research is among applied research with the philosophy of critical realism, inductive approach, and qualitative-quantitative research strategy. In this research, after studying the theoretical foundations and research background and after modifying and completing the "principles", "process" and "effective factors" for the professionalization of management jobs in the public sector of Iran by academic experts and executive elites of the country, a questionnaire with 74 questions, prepared and distributed among 607 professional managers (basic, middle and senior) of 40 public organizations. Descriptive statistics and then one-sample t-test, exploratory factor analysis, and stepwise linear regression were performed to answer the research question. Based on the findings of the research, the stages of professionalization of jobs include "creating a full-time job", "holding school courses", "creating a university course", "establishing local and national professional associations", "passing the law on issuing professional activity licenses" and "drafting codes of Professional ethics". The principles governing this process also include "necessity of the professionalization process", "having the ideal of service", "competence", "administrative health", "ideal Islamic governance", "independence", "security" and "confidentiality of strategic information".

Paying attention to the dimension of values and their effect on choices, implementation, and monitoring in the public policymaking process leads researchers to consider the role of ideologies in this process. The examination of ideology under the concept of ideas/values in the policymaking process has been growing in recent centuries due to the effects of extreme ideological currents on public policies and their consequences. However, due to the complexity and need for suitable practical tools, public administration researchers have been kept from addressing it. In this regard, in this research, while focusing on which comprehensive value system affects the public policies in the field of higher education in Iran, the authors study the theory-oriented system about the role of ideology in public policy making. Finally, they presented two analytical frameworks to organize the influencing factors of ideology in public policies in Iran in general and in the field of higher education in particular. While obtaining the opinion of a group of experts in this field, they revised and completed it using the Delphi method. The main advantage of these two frameworks is the appropriate summarization of the main dimensions of the concept of ideology and its application in policymaking, which can be used for analytical purposes in the field of public policies. Research in the field of ideology in policymaking using these tools can guide future research while providing a practical tool for researchers and policymakers who wish to reduce the adverse effects of ideology and strengthen its alternatives.

Job satisfaction directly and indirectly affects the performance, effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of employees. Due to the existence of vast and various studies on job satisfaction, it is necessary to use a suitable, scientific and logical approach to accumulate knowledge, avoid unnecessary, repetitive studies and ultimately save money, time and manpower. This research was conducted in order to investigate and study job satisfaction in the field of health and health in the administrative system of Iran during the last decade and using the meta-analysis method. In order to carry out this study after removing articles with insufficient information and refining over several Finally, eight articles were used to perform meta-analysis and calculate individual and summary effect sizes. In this research, it was found that the highest satisfaction value calculated is related to the directly responsible factor with an effect size of 0.438. The lowest estimated amount of satisfaction related to wage factors includes payment, bonus and overtime with an effect size of -0.104 and promotion with an effect size of 0.035. The meta-analysis showed that although the three factors of nature of job, colleague and direct supervisor in interaction with each other have the highest effect size, but they had the lowest observed standard deviation, while the factors of promotion and salary have a small effect size but deviation. The above criterion has a major difference in individual studies, which can be concluded that the highest impact on job satisfaction is summarized under the mentioned factor.

Many administrative reform initiatives have explicitly made a connection between the need to reform public services, improving citizen satisfaction with public services, and maintaining or restore the public trust in government. In this regard, the measurement of citizens' satisfaction with public services shows that the public sector has increasingly placed citizens' satisfaction in the center of its attention. Since the establishment of this mechanism, a lot of research has been done in this field and we are witnessing the accumulation of knowledge in this field. Therefore, according to the previous reviews, it is necessary to conduct a meta- synthesis study as one of the meta-study methods. For this purpose, a number of 671 articles were extracted from the Scopus citation database between 1973 and 2022, and after refining them, analysis was finally performed on 32 articles. According to the results of the research, the most important antecedents of citizen satisfaction are: service delivery process, information provided about the service, customer service (face-to-face service), websites (off-site service) and general expectations. Also, the most important consequences of citizen satisfaction are: trust in the government and complaints about the service received. Based on the identified antecedents and consequences, a preliminary model of citizens' satisfaction with public services was presented.
