Abstract

Job satisfaction directly and indirectly affects the performance, effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of employees. Due to the existence of vast and various studies on job satisfaction, it is necessary to use a suitable, scientific and logical approach to accumulate knowledge, avoid unnecessary, repetitive studies and ultimately save money, time and manpower. This research was conducted in order to investigate and study job satisfaction in the field of health and health in the administrative system of Iran during the last decade and using the meta-analysis method. In order to carry out this study after removing articles with insufficient information and refining over several Finally, eight articles were used to perform meta-analysis and calculate individual and summary effect sizes. In this research, it was found that the highest satisfaction value calculated is related to the directly responsible factor with an effect size of 0.438. The lowest estimated amount of satisfaction related to wage factors includes payment, bonus and overtime with an effect size of -0.104 and promotion with an effect size of 0.035. The meta-analysis showed that although the three factors of nature of job, colleague and direct supervisor in interaction with each other have the highest effect size, but they had the lowest observed standard deviation, while the factors of promotion and salary have a small effect size but deviation. The above criterion has a major difference in individual studies, which can be concluded that the highest impact on job satisfaction is summarized under the mentioned factor.
