چکیده
پژوهش در عرصه خدمات عمومی میتواند در تصمیمسازیهای بهتر مدیریت دولتی برای ارتقا کیفیت خدمات در سطح عمومی مؤثر باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه پژوهشهای منتشر شده در حوزه خدمات عمومی با دو رویکرد علمسنجی و دگرسنجی است تا یک تصویر و دیدگاهی جامع از روندها، بازیگران و نمای پژوهشهای این حوزه ترسیم شود تا بینشهایی ارزشمند برای پژوهشگران و سیاستگذاران ارائه شود. بنابراین تمامی مطالعات این حوزه در پایگاه استنادی وباوساینس جستجو و بازیابی شدند. با استفاده از نرمافزارهای مصورسازی و دادهکاوی، چگونگی توسعه این حوزه علمی بررسی و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد، انتشارات این حوزه که از دهه 1950 شروع شده، روندی افزایشی دارد و دانشگاههای بسیاری از کشورهای مختلف دنیا بخصوص کشورهای آمریکا، انگلیس، استرالیا، اسپانیا و چین در توسعه این حوزه مشارکت داشتهاند. دراین زمینه مجلات حوزه مدیریت دولتی تأثیرگذاری بالایی نشان دادند. در نقشه دانشی این حوزه، کلیدواژههای غالب بیشتر پیرامون مفاهیمی مانند خدمات عمومی، انگیزه خدمات عمومی، بخش عمومی، اخبار و رسانههای اجتماعی، مدیریت عمومی، ارزش عمومی، مدیریت عمومی، حکمرانی محلی، نوآوری و پایداری بودند.

Research in the field of public services can have a significant impact on better decision-making by governmental authorities to enhance the quality of services at the public level. The objective of current research is to study published research in the field of public services using both scientometric and altmetric approaches to provide a comprehensive understanding of the trends, researchers, and perspectives of research in this field, thus offering valuable insights for researchers and policymakers. Therefore, all studies in this area were searched and retrieved from the Web of Science citation database. Using visualization and data mining softwares, the evoluation of this area was examined and analyzed. The results indicate that publications in this field, which began in the 1950s, show an increasing trend, with many universities from various countries, especially the United States, England, Australia, Spain, and China, participating in the development of the area. Journals in the field of public administration have shown significant influence in this regard. Mapping the knowledge of this field indicated that predominant keywords were mostly around concepts such as public services, motivation for public services, public sector, news and social media, public management, public value, public governance, local governance, innovation, and sustainability.
